Thank you to Reid Cooper for the countless hours revising students’ field guide contributions and valuable advice through the early planning stage. Thank you to Colleen Dalton for the guidance and oversight throughout the planning process. Thank you to Victor Tsai, Sarah Brown, Jessica Wen, Brianna Fernandez, and Cameron Adams for leading us on this trip and teaching us along the way. Thank you to Wyatt Sieminski and Daniel Zhang for taking the leading roles in planning this trip, and to all of the hard-working committee heads for the additional time and effort they spent to make every component of the trip come together. Thank you to Professor Greg Hirth and Professor Blake Hodgin for offering lectures to share their experience on the geologic features we encountered on the trip. Thank you to Dina Egge and Richard Waugh for their administrative support. This trip would not have been possible without the help of Dev Patel, Tiffany Gao, and the rest of the Fundraising Committee in securing the funds from the NASA Rhode Island Space Grant Consortium, as well as the generous contributions from the Brown University Department of Earth, Environment, and Planetary Sciences. Finally, a huge thank you to all Brown University faculty, staff, students, and alumni whose contributions helped make this trip a reality.
